That’s why the Biltmore Area Partnership proudly supports the Phoenix Police Foundation’s “Protect & Honor” Campaign, a new initiative to build a permanent Phoenix Police Memorial at City Hall.
This memorial will honor the brave men and women of the Phoenix Police Department who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
