Chief Orender of the Phoenix Police Department will share timely insights on public safety, evolving strategies for community engagement, and what lies ahead for the department. If Chief Orender is unable to attend at the last minute, Asst. Chief Ed De Castro (who oversees Investigations Division) and Asst. Chief Jeff Benza will be speaking.
