Our mission is to stay informed about neighborhood events, community news, and environmental issues impacting the Biltmore area. We appreciate your continued support and membership.

Message from the BAP Board of Directors:

We’d like to share two upcoming changes to the BAP Board of Directors.

Kathy Schiller, General Manager of Biltmore Fashion Park, will be leaving Biltmore Fashion Park. Her replacement on the BAP Board will be announced soon.

Tyiesha Thaxton, Director of Leisure Sales at the Arizona Biltmore Resort, will also be departing the Arizona Biltmore Resort. Stepping into her seat on the BAP Board will be Andra Karpel, Director of Marketing for the Arizona Biltmore Resort.

We sincerely appreciate the dedication, leadership, and support that both Kathy and Tyiesha have given the Biltmore Area Partnership over the years. They will be greatly missed, and we wish them all the best in their next chapters.

Please join us in welcoming Andra Karpel to the BAP Board of Directors — we look forward to her insight, energy, and contributions as we continue promoting, protecting, and preserving the Biltmore area.

Stroll Biltmore Magazine

A social magazine for Biltmore residents!

Amplifying Community Voices Through Strategic Partnership

As we moved into the vibrant spring season, there was a renewed sense of energy and opportunity throughout the Biltmore area. It is a time when our community continues to grow, connect, and support one another in meaningful ways. The Biltmore Area Partnership has long stood as a pillar of that collaboration, bringing together leaders and businesses that are committed to strengthening the fabric of our neighborhood.

At Stroll Biltmore, we share that same mission.

Our publication was created with the intention of publishing stories about the residents, businesses, and leaders who make this community so exceptional. Each month, we have the privilege of delivering a highly curated, beautifully designed magazine directly into the homes of Biltmore residents, creating a trusted space where local businesses and neighbors can connect in an authentic and impactful way.

We are proud to work alongside many members of the Biltmore Area Partnership and value the alignment between our audiences. As a way to continue fostering these relationships, we extend a preferred partnership opportunity to fellow members who are interested in increasing their visibility within the community.

Biltmore Area Partnership members receive exclusive, preferred pricing when partnering with Stroll Biltmore, allowing them to elevate their brand presence while maintaining a strategic and cost-effective approach to local marketing. More importantly, it is an opportunity to be featured in a publication that is not only widely accepted but genuinely trusted by the residents it serves.

In a world where digital noise is constant, meaningful, high-quality print still holds a powerful place, especially within a close-knit community like ours. Being present in Stroll Biltmore is more than advertising; it is about becoming part of the story.

As always, I am grateful to be part of the Biltmore Area Partnership and to collaborate with so many incredible professionals who are dedicated to making a lasting impact.

I look forward to continuing to support and highlight the businesses that educate and inspire our community.
