Turkey Drive Results 🦃
We are incredibly grateful for the record turnout and the overwhelming generosity shown during this year’s Turkey Drive. Whether you donated a turkey in person, contributed monetarily, or shared the link, every single gift made a meaningful difference. Because of you, families across our city will have the support they need to enjoy a comforting holiday meal.
A special thank-you to Councilwoman Stark and District 3 for joining us in this friendly competition and for helping bring even more support to our community, as well as our sincere appreciation to the Desert Horizon Precinct for welcoming us and making this collaboration possible.

Volunteer Tax Assistance ✅
The City needs volunteers to help residents with their 2025 taxes. Each year, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program prepares free tax returns for low-to-moderate-income individuals and families, but we can’t do it without YOU.
FREE certified training is provided for basic tax prep assistance. We also need greeters, screeners, bilingual interpreters and site coordinators.

2025 Energy Access Plan (EAP) ☀️
Earlier this year, the Phoenix City Council adopted a target to increase household participation in low-income energy assistance programs by 25% to reduce energy burden within the City of Phoenix by 2030.
The City of Phoenix Office of Sustainability presented its 2025 Energy Access Plan (EAP) during Tuesday’s Policy Session. Following the presentation, we officially approved the actions outlined in the Energy Access Plan.
The plan outlines strategies to reduce high energy burden across the city and improve energy affordability for households most affected by extreme heat and rising utility costs.
Taipei Flight ✈️
It was such an honor to lead our delegation to Taipei. This trip was truly unbelievable, and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to meet such influential leaders. Forming these new relationships and establishing connections will not only benefit Phoenix and Taipei, but also build lasting bridges that will create value for both sides.
I had the pleasure of being on the first non-stop service between China Airlines and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (the first-ever direct link between Phoenix and Asia). This new route is opening up a gateway for trade, travel, and cultural exchange between Phoenix and Taipei.
I am coming back with a feeling of great exhilaration and bright hope. This is what sets up Phoenix not only as a connecting point between North America and Asia but also as a city which is ready to expand, partner, and succeed at a global level.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this delegation. I am honored and I believe, we have laid the foundation for a future full of promise.

Message From Arizona State Treasurer Kimberly Yee
Dear Members of the Biltmore Area Partnership,
Arizona Treasurer Kimberly Yee recently had the honor of delivering a keynote address at the MarketGroup Southwest Forum. Treasurer Yee spoke about her commitment to promoting financial literacy throughout the state and provided an update on her office’s historic investment performance.
Treasurer Yee was proud to announce that for the third consecutive year, AZ529 Arizona’s Education Savings Plan received a Silver rating from Morningstar. This national recognition highlights the strength of the internal investment team at the Arizona Treasury and reflects the office’s commitment to offering participants high quality investment options.
In December, the Treasurer’s office enjoyed collecting toys for Hope and Future’s 21st Annual Toy Drive, which brings joy to over 800 foster children in Arizona. Arizona Treasurer Kimberly Yee and the Arizona Treasury wish you and your families a Happy Holiday season and wonderful New Year!
