Camelback East Marketing

A lot of business websites underperform not because of design, but because the basics aren’t doing their job.
🏢 For Biltmore‑area and Phoenix businesses, four simple questions matter more than fancy layouts:
- Is it clear what the business does?
- Is there an obvious next step for the visitor?
- Does the website support local visibility?
- Can the business tell what is working and what is not?
A website should do more than exist. It should build trust, support local visibility, and move the right people toward action.
Camelback East Marketing is proud to be a new member of the Biltmore Area Partnership. We help Phoenix‑area businesses tighten the fundamentals: clear messaging, local SEO, and measurement that actually shows what’s working.

Message From Arizona State Treasurer Kimberly Yee
April is Financial Literacy Month 💰, a time dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of wise money management. Treasurer Yee continues encouraging Arizonans to make smart financial decisions and emphasizes the connection between strong household finances and the overall fiscal health of Arizona.

In March, Treasurer Yee spoke at the annual Capitol Seminar organized by The Center for Rural Leadership, Project CENTRL, where she shared insight into her responsibilities as State Treasurer and her ongoing commitment to protecting Arizona taxpayers.

Treasurer Yee also met with partners at Capitol Cities 🤝. Through the collaborative work of that team and others, the AZ529 Education Savings Plan has grown to a record $2.98 billion in assets, with 68,974 new accounts added during the 65 months she has administered the plan.

In addition, Treasurer Yee spoke with the Arizona Business and Professional Women’s group during their visit to the Capitol. She discussed the Treasury’s performance and highlighted how Arizona families can save for education through an AZ529 Education Savings Plan 🎓.
Organizations needing assistance are encouraged to contact the Treasurer’s Office at (602) 542-7800 or visit aztreasury.gov/contact.
Sincerely,
Arizona State Treasurer Kimberly Yee

☕ Evening Coffee Chats
Councilman Kevin Robinson’s Coffee Chats will now be held in the evening to make them more accessible to residents, business owners, and community members who may not be able to attend daytime events.

This adjustment is intended to encourage broader participation and make it easier for more people to engage in neighborhood conversations and community updates.
🚒 City of Phoenix Lockbox Program
The City of Phoenix Lockbox Program helps firefighters gain entry to a home during an emergency without causing damage to the residence. The program works by allowing residents to place a house key in a secure lockbox attached to the home’s entryway.

In addition to providing free lockboxes to eligible residents, the program also allows those who already have a lockbox installed to register their lockbox code with the Phoenix Fire Department.
Free lockboxes, donated by Phoenix REALTORS, are distributed on a first come, first served basis to vulnerable Phoenix residents who:
- Are 55 or older
- Have special needs
- Have mobility issues
