Greetings, Biltmore Area Partnership Members,
In July, I had the distinct honor of attending the Opening Bell Ceremony at the Nasdaq Exchange in Times Square, New York. I extend my sincere thanks to the Nasdaq team for this incredible opportunity. While in New York, I also met with our national partners at Goldman Sachs, who manage our advisor-sold AZ529 Education Savings Plan. Together, we explored new strategies to expand the plan and engage Arizonans in conversations about the importance of education savings.
Back in Arizona, I had the pleasure of meeting with members of the Anthem Rotary Club to discuss my office’s historic investment performance and our commitment to promoting financial literacy across the state. It’s always inspiring to meet with organizations dedicated to empowering future leaders and supporting vulnerable communities with practical money management education.
I’m also proud to report that since I took office in January 2019, assets under management in our office have more than doubled, growing from $15.4 billion to $32 billion.
As summer comes to a close and students return to school, it’s a great time to consider opening an AZ529 account to begin saving for your child’s future. Whether they’re headed for college, vocational school, or workforce training, the AZ529 Plan is helping more families prepare for education-related expenses. Since my office began administering the plan in October 2020, we’ve opened over 57,390 new accounts and increased total assets by 64.7%, reaching a record $2.67 billion.

Lockbox Program
The City of Phoenix Lockbox Program allows firefighters to gain entry to your home in case of emergency without causing any damage to your residence. This is done by utilizing a key that you provide in a secure lockbox attached to your entryway.
This program not only provides free lockboxes to those vulnerable Phoenix residents; it also allows those who already have their own lockbox in place to register their lockbox code with the fire department.
Free lo on a first come, first served basis to vulnerable Phoenix residents who are 55+, have special needs or mobility issues.ckboxes are donated by the Phoenix Realtors and are distributed
